Nunca se me había ocurrido investigar sobre la canción "Puttin' on the Ritz" hasta que la escuché en Young Frankenstein, donde es interpretada por Gene Wilder y Peter Boyle. El tema es original del musical Puttin' on the Ritz de 1930.
En 1946, la canción (acompañada con una rutina de tap) fue interpretada por Fred Astaire en el film Blue Skies. Treinta y seis años después, Taco grabó una versión en synthpop que incluye un solo de tap para homenajear a Astaire.
